What hoteliers ask us
Does Roomii charge a commission per booking?
No. You pay a fixed monthly subscription. The only thing deducted from each payment is your gateway's fee (Mercado Pago or Wompi), just as if you charged on your own.
Where does the money go?
Straight to your Mercado Pago or Wompi account, with your own credentials. Roomii never receives or holds payments.
What if two people try to book the last room?
Only one can. When a guest starts paying, their spot is held for a few minutes. If they don't complete the payment, the spot is released automatically.
Can I keep using Booking or Airbnb?
Yes. Block the dates you sell through other channels in the Roomii calendar. Automatic calendar sync is on our roadmap.
Do I need a website?
No. Your Roomii link works as your booking page. If you already have a website, you can link to it from a “Book” button.
